1、瀝青路面施工規(guī)范的缺陷

表現(xiàn)在瀝青油石比的不準(zhǔn)確，象油石比設(shè)計(jì)主要由室內(nèi)馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度控制，如滿(mǎn)足流值、穩(wěn)定度、空隙率三大主要指標(biāo)后，確定油石比，缺乏象日本、美國(guó)增加的動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度指標(biāo)、確定油石比和集料配合比。

（1）假定粘層油為乳化瀝青，設(shè)計(jì)為O.8kg/m2，瀝青加乳化劑和水的比例為50:50，瀝青砼表層4cm，密度按2.42g/cm3，由于粘層油的灑布，每平方米增加瀝青量0.4kg,而每平方米瀝青砼總重量為：

100×100×4×2.42g/cm3=96800g．油石比增加量為400÷96800=0.4％

（2）規(guī)范要求實(shí)際瀝青用量只能在佳瀝青用量±0.3％之內(nèi)，可見(jiàn)實(shí)際油石比已經(jīng)超過(guò)了規(guī)定值。
