1、細(xì)集料要盡可能搭棚儲(chǔ)存或用彩條布覆蓋。

2、拌和機(jī)的投料計(jì)量要準(zhǔn)確，應(yīng)在投料運(yùn)輸帶上定期取樣檢查各料倉(cāng)的投料數(shù)量，以便及時(shí)檢查、調(diào)整計(jì)量精度。應(yīng)根據(jù)集料和混合料含水量的大小，及時(shí)調(diào)整加水量。

2. The feeding measurement of the mixer should be accurate. Regular sampling should be conducted on the feeding conveyor belt to check the feeding quantity of each silo, so as to timely check and adjust the measurement accuracy. The amount of water added should be adjusted in a timely manner based on the moisture content of aggregates and mixtures.

4、嚴(yán)禁用貼補(bǔ)的方法進(jìn)行找平，如局部低洼可采用翻松、添加新鮮混合料重新碾壓。未經(jīng)壓實(shí)經(jīng)雨淋后，應(yīng)清除更換以防止工后翻漿。

5、應(yīng)盡快將拌成的混合料運(yùn)送到攤鋪現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。車上的混合料應(yīng)進(jìn)行覆蓋，減少水分損失。嚴(yán)格控制碾壓含水量，按確定的可壓實(shí)含水量范圍及時(shí)碾壓。碾壓過(guò)程中如表面缺水，可適當(dāng)灑水使表面濕潤(rùn)，再用壓路機(jī)碾壓。

Strictly control the compaction water content and roll in a timely manner according to the determined range of compressible water content. 6、應(yīng)避免縱向工作縫，減少橫向工作縫。工作接縫應(yīng)采用與路表面垂直的平接縫，嚴(yán)禁采用斜接縫。如果沒有作成直接縫，則在第二天開始攤鋪新混合料之前，應(yīng)將末端斜坡挖除，并挖成橫向垂直的斷面。

6. Vertical work joints should be avoided and horizontal work joints should be reduced. The working joint should be a flat joint perpendicular to the road surface, and the use of diagonal joints is strictly prohibited. If a direct joint is not made, the end slope should be excavated and cut into a transverse and vertical section before paving the new mixture the next day.

7、進(jìn)行壓實(shí)度檢查時(shí)，應(yīng)同時(shí)測(cè)定挖出混合料試樣中粗集料的含量，并按與粗集料含量相對(duì)應(yīng)的最大干密度計(jì)算壓實(shí)度。

8、施工中防止出現(xiàn)原材料質(zhì)量不合格、配合比不準(zhǔn)確、拌和不均勻、攤鋪不平整、粗細(xì)料離析、碾壓不密實(shí)、接縫不平整、高程不準(zhǔn)確等質(zhì)量通病，避免形成起皮、松散、裂縫、彈簧、翻漿、強(qiáng)度不合格等質(zhì)量缺陷，以確保路面基層的工程質(zhì)量。

9、每個(gè)作業(yè)點(diǎn)應(yīng)備有一天施工長(zhǎng)度的防雨覆蓋材料以免雨水對(duì)基層或材料的影響。

10、施工中必須注意保護(hù)沉降觀測(cè)管不受損壞，如有損壞，應(yīng)盡快予以修復(fù)；并加強(qiáng)日常管理。
